Rule 143
Records to be kept
The public procurement monitoring office has prohibited bidders, proposers, consultants, service providers, suppliers, builders or other persons, firms, institutions or companies from participating in the procurement process in accordance with this regulation, such prohibition is automatically removed, blacklisted and released from the blacklist. An updated record of what has been done should be kept in your office and website.
